Set of 2 Lumiance round wall lamps ‘Planeta’ 1970s

Set of 2 characteristic metal sconces produced by Lumiance Netherlands, formerly known as Hiemstra Evolux, who was a Dutch progressive lighting company, comparable to Hala and Anvia. These wall sconces are made out of sheet metal elements forming a powerful graphic shape. Behind these elements a small fluorescent tube ( TL ) fixture is hidden, which provides a diffuse light to the surroundings and give accent to the graphic shapes. The lights can also be used as a table light. The typical late seventies design capture the artistic spirit of the Zero Art movement and Memphis era. Minimal usermarks, and all are working perfectly.
Fixtures are suitable for build-in-wall and outside wiring.
